HSM working in conjunction with their clients and student can develop a training strategy that suits your needs and time frames.
- We offer the standard class room formate training our classes usually have a teacher student ratio of 1 to 12.
- HSM engage in assessments that cover all learning capabilities from those that learn fast from practical application and those that prefer a read and study approach.
- You can Complete our training online then a representative from HSM can come to your site to asses your practical abilities.
- If you can provide a previous completed nationally recognised training certificate in the same area working at height , confined space or first aid (dependent on your needs) we can give you recognition of prior learning RPL.
- You can provide a statutory declaration from your supervisor (we will provide the form) as to your ability to complete specified aspects of our training assessments.
- HSM can train a worker within your organisation to do the physical assessment required for us to provided a nationally recognised training outcome. (this option is generally for remotely located businesses).
- The trainee can provide video or photo evidence of completion of set assessment tasks in conjunction with a testimonial from a colleague.
